Getting Started

How quickly can you get started?

Usually within 48 hours of completing your onboarding. Fill out the contact form, get your client portal the same day, complete the 5-minute setup, and your first batch of posts is delivered within 2 business days.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Just basic information about your business — your niche, target audience, tone of voice, and any competitors or accounts you like. We handle everything from there. You can upload logos and brand photos anytime from your portal.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitments. You can cancel anytime with 14 days notice.

Content & Quality

Who writes the content?

Our content team handles everything. We study your brand, your competitors, and your audience before writing a single word — so every post sounds like it came from you, not a generic agency.

How do you learn my brand voice?

During onboarding you fill out a short questionnaire covering your tone, audience, competitors you like, and things you want to avoid. Our team studies this before writing a single word — and you can update it anytime from your portal.

What platforms do you create content for?

We create content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your plan determines which platforms are included. You choose during onboarding and can adjust later.

What if I don't like the content?

Request a revision directly in your portal and we'll rewrite it. Unlimited revisions are included on every plan. If your first batch doesn't impress you, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How many posts do I get per month?

It depends on your plan and which platforms you're on. Typically 12–30 posts per month across your active platforms. We'll set a posting schedule during onboarding based on what makes sense for your audience.

Approval & Publishing

Do I have to review every post?

Yes — and it takes about 5 minutes a week. You'll get a notification when your next batch is ready, log into your private portal, and approve or request changes. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

What happens if I don't approve content in time?

If we don't hear back within 5 business days, we may proceed with scheduling the content as presented. You can always request changes before the next batch. We'll always give you a heads up before anything is published.

Can I schedule posts for specific dates or times?

Yes. If you have a promotion, event, or seasonal moment coming up, just let us know in your portal and we'll time your content around it.

Do you publish directly to my social accounts?

Yes. Once you approve content, we handle publishing automatically on your behalf. You don't need to do anything — posts go live at the scheduled time.

Billing & Cancellation

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice and we'll stop billing you at the end of your current period.

What's your refund policy?

If your first batch of content doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a full refund — no questions asked. After that, payments are non-refundable as content has already been created for your account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by contacting us. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
